I am not anti-Hindu or anti-Muslim. I have, in fact, married someone who was born a Hindu. About racism, I am against racist segregation of Afro-Americans in America and the racism (castiesm) that exists against SC/STs in India.
I was christened Rachel by my parents. And some secular instinct made them also name me Chitra. A person’s name is no indication of their religious beliefs; it is more an indication of their parents’ beliefs. For the record, I’m an ex-Christian, who is now an atheist.

I think religion should be a personal faith rather some money-making industry or vote-generating industry. I still can’t believe people feel India is for Hindus.
Maybe at some level, I can understand his fears. Christians do make a nuisance of themselves, when they try to convert people and label all other Gods’ demons. I can’t really believe he wanted all Christians out of India, because some missionaries make a nuisance of themselves. At one hand we have religious zealots on the other anti-coversion laws? Where does one’s freedom stop and another’s begin?

You may be against Christians and Muslims, but I only hope that it will not lead to you brandishing a trishul and wanting them all dead.
And also I’d prefer it if you called urself an Indian first and then a Hindu. You said you believe in social & religious harmony.
I hope your strong faith in Hinduism never makes you think that killing “Muslims & Christians” is the only solution to the “minority problem in India.”

As for being Indian first or Hindu first, I just want to say that India without its Hindu majority and culture is nothing but another Pakistan or Bangladesh with no Indian identity specially, in case Hindus become minority or are under continual attack and in such circumstances we Hindu Nationalists will be forced to resist that – threat to ideal of India. India is a democracy, a pluralistic society and believe in unity in diversity as only Hindus believe so! I don’t know what else to say. I am just at a loss as to how to convince you. We will never be able to match the deception of missionaries considering we uphold Truth as equivalent to God. Hindus don’t have a voice in terms of media either, I know that sounds odd but please read on.
Muslims are about 21%. Christians are not 2.5% anymore, they are close to 10%. 2.5% figure is used by missionaries and you are quoting the same thing. They are not counting dalit christians which are recent converts, coverted by fraudulent means. Everything was pretty fine between Hindus and Christians until year 2000.
May be you will believe it after the fact. After the fact that a 5000 year old civilization becomes extinct and it’s followers are subjugated, converted just like it happened in the Americas, Australia and Africa!
